I'd like to see you get more creative with the font and the word. I like having the e and the a be the same letter flipped. Can you work on it and come up with something cool? We also think maybe you need a different surfer and center it on the exalted warrior yoga lady - sick choice (good) - it's subliminal and only yoga people will know what it is. You rock.

Your surfer would be a bit better depicted doing a nice "bottom turn" a little lower on the wave.

Thank you to all of our Finalists. We greatly appreciate your work and your talents.

This has been a discovery process for us. Now we have 46 hours to look at final submissions.

Clarity for you.
1. We want a Word Mark that we can use in one color if we need to which still looks great.
2. We need a format which in some way - will fit into a square well, for Twitter and other applications so a recognizable Pictorial Mark is likely a good way to fit that format.
3. We want lower case letters. Oceano is a masculine word in Spanish and we feel it is neutralized a little by using lower case.
4. There is symmetry to the the word "oceano" in lower case. In fact we have an "o" on each end and the "e" and the "a" in the middle can be the same letter flipped. It is like a backwards 69, so of course we love that! Please utilize it - (it doesn't have to look like a 69 - just having fun) .
5. We like "ocean" in a more compressed or neutral form. Not elongated - at times - we may use the Word Mark on it's own without the Pictorial Mark. If you have a space at the bottom of the Pictorial Mark where we could later, insert the Word Mark, that would be helpful. In this case, that would most likely be the ocean as we would like you to use a wave image in your Pictorial Mark. Medium to thin letters seem to be working best for us.
6. Most of the time we will use the Pictorial Mark and the Word Mark together. In some cases, like twitter, we may use just the Pictorial Mark. In other cases like stenciling the name on property items or gates, we may use just the Word Mark.
7. We gave you the elements: Wave, Lotus, Surfer, Yoga/Meditaion/Happy person pose. None of them have to be obvious and maybe you don't use all of them. A nice looking wave or a barreling wave, tells surfers that we have good waves - the image may not need a surfer in it, but we are also not against that.
8. Multi-color designs are good but imagine that if the logo is on a black and white printer, that it also works that way as well. Make it flexible. Ideally we will stay with either just blue, just white, just blue and green, just blue and gold.

8 is a lucky number so let's stop there! Please ask questions if you need more direction. Some of you we would like to see start over or make an addition. Others are already close.

Thank you and good luck! We will stay as available as possible to give you feedback.

Just work on more variations with #85. We love it. Pull the surfer out. Don't change your lotus and wave. Those are winners. What else can you do with them?

Can you put it inside a Circle or weave one around it. The "O" for "ocean" - it makes it better for using your letter mark.

I'd really like to see number 85 with the surfer pulled out. Are you working on this? We need a little more attention from you.

Also can you post a white version - we want to know how it looks all white. thank you.

We're going to need you to come up with a more elegant font as well. Something lighter and more formal. WE need this to look a little more like a real estate development than a sports brand - although we love those too - just not for this. :) So I have about 4 notes here for you above. I think it's night time there. I hope we can talk more tomorrow.

Logo Designer
dear sir,
I' ve put the surfer little lower on the wave in entry #117.
I entry #85 I put the surfer little upper on the wave, I mean the backside of the surfer will build the upper thigh of exalted warrior yoga lady,
I'll make some research to find the suitable font and will be uploaded soon,
so sorry for my lax because I was offline

thank you so much sir,

with best regards,
kassai

Thank you Kassai, Please remove the surfer. Also Please encapsulate your graphic with an 'O' - see if that works somehow. Font - #119 is getting better but not perfect - you should probably suggest some other different lightweight fonts like that. We need to see it white on a dark background also - the logo needs to work that way. Thank you.

You had a strong start - we like your graphic but it needs some work - we need the graphic to be a Lettermark and it's not quite there.

Thank you
