Hi! On my design concepts I've tried to create something unique and story telling about the work you do,...this is specialy related to entries #178, #179, #180 and #181, where logo icon is detachable and can be used as recognizable stand alone mark, w/o the text part.
Because of the simplicity of design and real estate element included, entry #180 would be my 1st pick.

...apart from unique dolphin design on #182, there's one interesting concept involving key, as symbol for real estate (entries #183, #184). At this point my favorite would be #184!
