#3 - I like the direction you're going in. Could you make the pathway a little thinner and the blue area/light a little larger, please? I like the color scheme.

#2 - I like the flowing aspect of the water, but would like to see some other colors incorporated for a little more contrast.

#1 - I like the colors, the flowing aspect, and the leaf over the i - but I am not sure how it embodies an oasis. Not sure what to suggest, but would love to see more from you.
