We are a consulting firm that partners with businesses to design and implement strategies that reduce their employee benefits cost (mainly health insurance) in a method that is different than 95% of our competitors.

Bold/Deep colors without being cartoonish or childish. Want to convey power and security but also innovation.

We are disrupting an established industry and would love to have a subtle image to convey disruption/change but in a positive manner.

Open to having an animal or image that adds character to the logo being included but don't want a mascot. Like the concept of a mythological phoenix bird in a simple form being included to show we are rebuilding an old process in a new and exciting way but open to other ideas as well.
