I like #32 and #34 - I love the oak tree

#32 I am not in love with the font; I would prefer something more contemporary and bolder.

#34 It should go Oak on one line and then property management on the other line.

I also like #72, but with #71 my only issue is the spacing between the words due to the fact that Management has more letters than Property. Is there a way to keep the tree on top and the do Oak on one line and Property Management underneath it. Kind of like #71 meet #72 (but I do not want oak to be huge)

Also I wouldn't mind seeing number #71 but with the spacing the same so Property will be slightly bigger.
