O Herman Logo Design Contest

This is a logo for a restaurant/bar that has never had a logo before. The business has been ongoing for more than 35 years. It serves food, drink and offers live music. I need a logo design that will look good on the sign in front of the building as well as on a t-shirt as well as on a facebook page. It must be pleasing to women but not so feminine as to offend men. Thanks.

The logo should read:

O Herman
bar grill music

We also offer a dance floor.
So maybe you can work in a couple or female or caricature or cartoon mascot dancing?
