I used a cadeseus in the 'u' to signify that it is a company that deals in the medical field instead of the common '+' that is used by the red cross because the red cross may put up a fight for that particular symbol, but the cadeseus is common and unowned by anybody. I also used the 'NP' together within 3 circles to represent strength and unity. I have also given the text 'NUPAK' a highlight like all other aspects of this logo, which will work great on the web and print. I can upload an image of what this logo would look like when faxed if you'd like me to, but rest assured that I have designed for your needs in mind here.

Here are 6 new versions for you to look over. I did not see anywhere in your brief or in comments that you wanted the cross symbol in your logo so my first 2 did not have any representation of that. However, that being said, these all have the cross symbol in the image as negative space between the four squares. I did a couple of versions on placement of the image and also some effects that may be useful to your company. Feedback would be greatly appreciated here.
