#38 and 39. I like 38 better but 39 is acceptable. Very clever. Looks like a puzzle piece but also makes a cross. I could see the tag line "solving the puzzle of medical device packaging."
40. OK, but 38 is much preferable.

cool thanks for the feedback, my thoughts were that the medical cross is way overused in logos so i wanted to try and make it somewhat hidden =)

a new solution with a bold NP lettermark that has a medial cross hidden in the negative space between the two letters.
