Overall design is fantastic. Comments:

1. Would prefer to add some gray, to one of the rings and for the words “policy forum” perhaps.
2. Might like to change font, but not entirely sure how. Thick like it is now is great for the NPF, but perhaps looks too “military” as it is now with the lettering of the full words.
3. Would like to see how it looks with a line under the word “nuclear.
4. Color is great but it’s not quite capturing the full Cherenkov blue at the end of the spectrum.
