#2 I really like the font and the emphasis on Media as well as the demphasis on management. I'm very open to other fonts though. I like the boldness of the symbol and the tie in to the northwest. However, it needs to be tweaked a little and seems a little confusing and unbalanced. Media is more important than northwest and actually management is more important than northwest too, but again I like the demphasis of the word management because management is just not a fun word, just practical. Media is a fun word and the core of our business. Northwest is an interesting word only and is refreshing.
It would be great to see some other 3d symbols on this one. Again, I like th font because it looks so much like a sports press pass. The symbol though could be behind the name or part of the name and also the symbol could be a non letter symbol.

I'm now commenting on your input regarding the N. Often I find myself using NWMM on forms of company ID for short. In our area NW is the standard abbreviation for Northwest. What would you think of the logo on top of the 3D symbol of NW or NWMM, or maybe the logo is in front of a NWMM where the NWMM is in the 3D background and/or lighter? The arrow makes sense but may take away from Media being the most important word in the logo. I wish we could symbolize MEDIA somehow.
#28 along with all of my entries will reproduce across every type of media. You may already know this but the logo you have ranked as 1st currently will run into many problems in print, clothing and specialty items. Imagine it in only one color, without all of the "pretty" gradients. Also, there are very, very thin negative spaces that will fill in when reduced in size, even for a simple letterhead, not to mention you will be printing everything in 4 COLOR PROCESS, additional costs there too. Trust me, I've been designing for all medias for over 10 years, you'll want to save yourself a lot of aggravation and get your logo right the first time.
