Entry number 15 is very compelling among all your entries and I would like to focus on it only.
I would like to see an option that includes the symbolism of the outcrop as well. Is it possible to a rock frame around the words that fades in like the compass does? I really like the subtlety of the compass, possibly have the rock as subtle (lack of definition) in the same grey as the tagline "Project Management Solutions".
