The text isn't as readable as it needs to be. Gradients, while fine for print and video, aren't going to translate well to embroidery. Also, use of all three pure red, green, and blue colors isn't required.

Unfortunately, I discovered that your designs look too similar to a company called LMT Defense. http://www.lmtdefense.com/

So many logos in the world have similarities....
