#17 is pretty good. What other object do you think might work, but stay away from using a tooth, be sure to include the entire name: Northeast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Inc. Dark blue is a good color. Try to keep the name in all the same type style/size. thanks!

what about adding a color to the dark blue...marroon, or yellow or ..green...
