this is too much like a general dentist office logo. We are an oral and maxillofacial surgery office. the tooth is not what we are looking for.

Let's try something other than a tooth. The country shape is not working either. Lets keep the font the same for the entire name, Northeast Oral & Maxillifacial Surgeons, Inc.
