On #57 can you swap the colors of the "W" and "C" so that the W is green and the C along with the peach is the orange color. Also, we would like the leaves of the peach to remain green. And, can you make the "North Georgia" the same as on entry above with 2 lines and leave the woman off of the design...Wow!

It's seems however because of the peach it was Anna's gonna bring me to LC (LogoCourt). That would mean that I have to withdraw if it's the case.

The peach isn't an original idea because Georgia's nickname is the "Peach State". It goes hand in hand with "North Georgia". Every Georgia logo has a peach in it pretty much. There is even a peach on our License plates on our cars. So to say that was an original idea, I don't think that is the case. We're known for peaches. That is why all the designers have used that in this contest.

What does that mean for us? Will we get a logo?

This is what the Code of Conduct states:

"Concepts that are considered obvious will also be fair game, for example: a dog & cat for a pet hospital, shopping bag for an e-commerce company, a tooth for a dentist, initials for a lawyer, etc. "

A Peach for the state of Georgia is considered obvious. It would be like using an Apple for New York. That is NOT original.

That means that in case I lose I have to withdraw those entries with a peach on it, and I can leave only the ones with the heart (what cannot be touched).
In that case you can get any design you rank as first. At the end you’ll definitely have a logo.

Also, fruit was mentioned in our original contest brief, so I think that covers the array of fruit and makes it fair game. I don't think a designer can claim a piece of fruit as their own. We put the idea out there in our brief.

Also, in her other entries she used apples and pears too. She can't claim all the fruit when that was included in the brief.
