Norris Keplinger Hicks & WelderLogo Design Contest

Many of the designs we are seeing are emphasizing Norris and Keplinger above Hicks and Welder. This would make sense for a firm that was making Hicks and Welder junior partners. However, the reality is the firm is going through a transition where ultimately the firm name will just be Hicks and Welder. This this logo will be in place for about five years and we would like for the logo to be something that we can easily transition into just Hicks and Welder. Also we are an LLC so that probably should be reflected on the logo even though we don’t want it to be emphasized .

Also right now I’m not seeing any logos that are similar to the one I picked that says express FM I was really hoping to see a logo similar to that with Norris and Keplinger and one Kyler and Hicks and welder in the other
