I came up with these ideas based on your description. #37 & #38 has an arrowhead which pertains to reliability and speed. The other one is green and blue which suggests water and plants / grass cutting and window cleaning. I also have a nature friendly look.
While #39 has a very modern feel, its shade of blue gives calmness and suggests competence. And with its look, it easily points out cleanliness and order.
#40 is a very simple yet bold impression. It has a check on top of the "i" that denotes a to-do list and the ability to accomplish it.
