I am a real estate professional serving the Louisville Kentucky market.

The brokerage that I am aligned with requires that our yard signs be a certain amount of Red and Black, so I would like the logo to be either Red and Black or something that looks good paired with those two colors.

I do not really have any specific requirements for this logo and I am not absolutely sure what I am looking for yet. I am definitely looking for something relatively simple and clean. Something that conveys that I am a technology savvy real estate agent. I would prefer if I did not receive submissions with standard houses above my name, as there are a lot of logos like this in my market.

Feel free to get creative with this logo! You could possibly use symbols for the city of Louisville or the state of Kentucky (i.e. Fleur De Lis, Horse Racing, etc.) or create something completely unique. Here are a few logos that I do like:
