The box idea isn't bad but some logos other than a box might be good too.

Also perhaps a couple of designs using all lowercase letters

the purple color is good but less pink, perhaps lilac and other shades of purple

Also keep in mind that since these logos are going to be used on the web, they'll be shown at a smaller size (toward the top/left corner of our site). So any lines etc that look ok when the image is expanded might get small or blurry when shrunk down.

The final dimensions will probably be around 250 wide x 150 tall. This is not set in stone but just something to keep in mind when designing
