My first impression is that it looks cool. The color choice of shapes matching the words makes me see an N in the blue side, but I don't quite see an A on the other side.... I'm not sure if that was the intention.

I was wondering if the icon represented the partnership of mentor to student in some way, but it's not quite obvious if so.
