Entry #36 -Like the font styles used. I like that "Landing" is less pronounced than "NewPorte", but is hard distinguish at times. As mentioned before, a couple of people on our team thought the logo element resembled a fish bowl. I think they are talking abut the water and sky and how they form a somewhat of bowl shape. Can this be reworked? Maybe another version incorporating a sillouette of a wetland plant (cat tails) or vintage Italianate building? Personally, I like the "soft" appearance of this logo.
#64- looks nice. Only worry is that the logo element is maybe too much of an illustration. The main place this logo will be used is at monument signs located at the entrance driveways as someone enters the development. Not sure if someone would have time to process all of the fine detail. Think shopping center sign. Prominent name with logo element that is simplistic and easily identified
