#45 and #46 very nicely use different colours for the words "New" and "Back". I am not sure I understand the meaning of the designs in the pictorial elements in either of these, and I fear that no one looking at these would get a sense we are seeing a back, or some kind of a rehabilitative process. Can that idea be modified or enhanced in some way?
Another possibility is to stack the words "New" and "Back" and use the vertical stroke of each of these words to manufacture a long artistic spine somehow...? Is this possible?
I think #47 and #48 are too plain, both in terms of lack of colours and its block font. ##44, #45, and #46 have done a nice job of minimizing the word "therapy" as well. Although we do like the idea of natural and safe, (and non-drug and non-surgical), one of my partners wants to get away from leaves and flowers (as in #44), and more toward medical, rehabilitative themes that are empowering.
Of all of yours, I like #125 the most--nice colors and proportions-- but it seems like it is missing something... The spine in the pictorial seems a little too subtle, and like a lot of swooshes in logos, it is not clear that it represents a spine. Any changes would be welcome.
