Don't care for the logo change (pictoral mark) in #159 - #163. I like #157 but "counseling group" is too small. Maybe you can make that larger and then play around with the size of the pictoral mark (make it smaller). Maybe you could also experiment with using thinner lines for the pictoral mark. I'd be interested to see what happens.

Yeah, let's try capitalizing New Visions, instead of going all lower case.
