We really like #143 but we'd like to see the same V bolder. Also, we don't like the font. We are looking for something more business like and possible with small caps.

We like #154 but:
- the word management is a bit small under the New Venture
- the bottom and tops of the V don't look clean! Can you clean it up?
- can you make the 3D effect on the V a lot more subtle or disappear altogether ?
- can you submit one where the globe is centered on north america instead of europe?
