Hi, here's another entry. This one is a very positive lloking concept. It uses the collar and cuff connected to each other, but they are both open. This suggests freedom/saving/helping/rehabilitating. It's about giving dogs a new lease of life and finding them new homes and helping rehabilitate inmates to do something positive with their lives when they leave prison.
