Our Ideas & Additional Information
We are a company who will cultivate seaweed (sea greens) and shellfish (oysters, mussels, scallops) in the Long Island Sound in Guilford, CT. The products will promote high nutrition to consumers, innovative ingredients for chefs, and environmentally rejuvenating values since raising these organisms require zero fresh water, zero arable land, zero fertilizer or pesticides. And, these organisms remove carbon and nitrogen from the water.
