Good idea, "a mountain that contains a skier" I like it! - can you work on that?
Maybe adding a second color or try keeping only one mountain?
I like this one because It could be a recognizable logo, also without the text "Neveitalia"!

I like #54 and #47 (and #55 with white backgroud) . Always backgroud transparent/white
Also appreciate the try with negative logo #50 and buttonized #56
I'm still in doubt if I prefere 1 mountain or 2 mountains in the logo
