The design concepts that are most popular with the team currently are (i) those utilizing a fiber/rebar element ( see those rated 1,2,3,7), and (ii) those focusing primarily on the name (see those rated 4,5,8). A subtle use of the fiber/bar imagery together with the company name might be a useful approach.

Some Feedback...
Strong desire to see more and more subtle use of fiber imagery. Remember this company is making rebar (and other products) comprised of basalt fibers - imagine a large loom spinning basalt fibers and mixing them with resin to create rebar.

Also, please keep simple, subtle & elegant.
