I like the entry 60. If you can produce a innovative seal or symbol that represents the medical part of the company that fits in the logo or on the side and not be too busy, that would be great and move you to the number one spot. It can be as simple as a spine, brain, nerve, dendrite, medical symbol, etc.

I like 60 can you make the N in nexus look a lilttle more like an N

We need to find a happy medium where the N in nexus represents both the heartbeat symbol and the letter N. So can you try bringing the right side of the N down just a little on #65. So it still looks like the heartbeat because I feel like that's what makes this design special.
