Moving People from Homelessness to Homeownership
What We Do
NCRF is a non-profit, federally certified community development institution dedicated to providing capital and technical assistance to organizations working to revitalize low income neighborhoods, and to provide housing, services and jobs to underserved people throughout the United States.

Non-Profit
Color Preferences
Our corporate color is blue (PMS 295). We do not want to match it necessarily, but this new logo should "tie in" with a palette that works well in conjunction with that blue. Other blues are OK, colors that work well with that blue are OK, no dominant purple or red. Logo should look good in a black and white as well as reverse version.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
This is the 2nd contest for this logo as we had to change the color scheme and be less restrictive about the concept based on feedback from other stakeholders not previously closely involved. The logo must convey reinvestment and opportunity for those in need. Thank you to all the designers that entered our last contest. We're new at this, so our apologies! Please see the family of companies and our logos at www.nehemiahcorp.org. No stars, dollar signs, houses please.

Please review the comments in the 2nd contest brief. We had stakeholders who were not involved until the end and did not approve the color scheme so had to launch another contest. Our apologies for the confusion.
