We want to stay with this font, and this logo. Please increase the font size by a lot more. The logo feels like it's overpowering the words.
Please reduce the space between the logo and the 'N' by about 30%.

Please thicken the 'Sim' lettering.
The logo symbol is too big/heavy compared to the lettering, can you please do something to balance these out?
Please swap out the red for an orange or green.

Please swap the reds for a green that's complimentary to the chosen blue

This is an interesting variation. Please change 'Sim' and the corresponding same coloured bottom person from light blue to a darker red colour.

I'll be needing 3 logos, so even if I don't select this for my first choice, you can sell it to me separately.

Logo: try removing the circles/heads.
Expand the shape to take up more of the space created in the box.
Just like my other feedback, please also show a version with the colours inverted (blue to white and white to blue).

This has potential. My feedback is on the logo (not the words).
Please rotate this 90 degrees to the right, so that the 'S' is standing upright.
Also round off the shoulders so that they look more like shoulders.
Please also show a version with the colours inverted, so the white becomes blue and blue becomes white.
Create another version with the blue box smaller, and another version with the 'S' taking up more space within the box.
