Looks like a misunderstanding. I asked: "Please double the height of 'Negotiation' - upwards". Instead you moved the 'Negotiation' word upwords, without doubling the height. I wanted the position to remain the same, and only for the height to expand/double, and to use the space above.
Please show a version with the logo people on the left, reducing the height to be consistent with the lettering (the people are a bit overwhelming atm in size).
