"vim" - as in "life" or energy. The spiral symbol is an ancient symbol meaning either the sun (which can reference Sunshine Valley) or life/life cycle, which is something that health conscious consumers can get in line with. I am also intending it to represent water - like a water swirl/wave.
The logo can always be tweaked/redone if you like the name, too. Feedback is always welcome! Thanks
"harminy" is a play on "harmony" with the "min" part highlighted to reflect the idea that it's mineral water. Harmony is a concept that can be built upon in the marketing aspect - the fact that your water is natural mineral water in harmony with nature - which, in turn, helps the consumer to be in harmony with their own body. Or something like that :)

"alyv" just a take on "alive". Pushing more of a feel-good/healthy lifestyle choice when one chooses to drink your mineral water. Alyv does more than quench your thirst, it makes you feel alive! (well...you get the idea)

"minzen" is a combination of mineral + zen. Another lifestyle improvement/health awareness concept

All of your ideas are excellent. Vim is the only one that I can see as having trademark issues. I am interested in the other names. Your creativity is great. Play with the fonts and color for elegance and class that would stand out on a bottle. If you have more names, keep them coming. Great work
For Vim - I checked on the Canadian TM registry and I don't think I saw anything that it would infringe upon (as long as it was registered with graphics, of course)...for what it's worth. I'm just a dummy designer :)
