hi there! fantastic start - many thanks for contributing. out of all of those i prefer the first two - #279 and #280 because they represent the idea of excentris more literally. the other ones visually remind me of different images - movie roll, swiss cheese, toys.... did not like green too much (beautuful combination but not sure about green association vs my business).

couple of things to try out:
- excentris in all small cap (vs title caps)
- move logo a bit behind the text (on the left)
- leave logo where it is now but make spheres more 3d
- play with colors (red and black? blue and black? grey and black? any other combination?)

many thanks

hi there! many thanks for your ideas. i love how you incorporated the actual idea of the EXCENTER in the logo but unfortunately the resulting logo looks a bit 'bubbly'... which is not what i think i need to go for.

how about, in the last 2 hours of the tournament, forget my directions, think creatively and outside the box - i am a small consulting firm, i do all sorts of research for clients (market research, internal organizational analysis, etc.). many non-profit clients, several corporate clients. need to communicate professionalism, experience, and 'smart-ness".

because of the math basis for my work, EXCENTER (excentris) works well (it is a math term).

one other idea whether the logo could be placed a bit behind the name?... i like the all caps better out of all submitted logos.
