What We Do
This is a youth fastpitch softball logo. We do NOT want a ball on the logo.
We do want to include a pre-existing NCS logo (which we received from you last year) We also want to include a graphic that we provide of a girl abstract that we also received from you years ago. The colors used can be navy blue, red, optic yellow and pink. Super Series is the main theme of this logo. We are trying to attract female, youth, fastpitch players.
Color Preferences
Providing our NCS logo to use, we would like to see the "N & S" in navy blue....the "C" optic yellow. We would like to include red and pink in the design. We like to outline the letters in a color to make them standout for digitizing. The abstract girl needs to be a two color design and can be incorporated into the C or another place in the design. The "Super Series" words are the main idea we are trying to drive. The two words "Super Series" may include the S off of the NCS logo??? Or the two words of Super Series could be stacked on top of each other with the S providing the beginning letter of both words. We love script/font that looks like it is leaning forward or moving, as in forward thinking. We do NOT want a softball included, nor do we want flames in the design. We also do not want the logo to look like a badge / patch in the complete design.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
"Super Series" is the main idea.
The NCS logo provided needs to look the same, with the "N" & "S" in navy outlined with one of our colors.
The "C" needs to look the same with the slash into the S with this being optic yellow with outlines.
The abstract girl needs to remain the same shape, however, two colors may vary and she needs to be small enough to blend in the logo and not distract from the main theme. She advertises that this is a female event.
The words "Super Series" should also be outlined to stand out. Leaning, as if it is moving forward and in a hurry. No flames, but lines to demonstrate movements are acceptable. These words can come off the use of NCSuperSeries, if you need to capitalize the "S" for series it needs to be smaller than the NCS logo leading into it.
Another idea is to stack the lettering off NCS, using the "S" for both words, "uper" on top of "eries".
Or any other ideas that your designers may have. At the end of the day, we plan on using this logo for a couple of different ways: It is going to be used to make a logo on a ring, for use on trophies and plaques, banners, tents, trading pins and social media posts / flyers. It needs to be simple and distinctive to NCS.
