#3 I like the colors, and the suggestion of movement. Can there by more vivid, natural colors such as forest/kelly green, sky/ royal blue, black, etc?

#2 I like the bold lettering, because it is easy to read. Can that concept have more color or contrast to "lift off a page?"

#1 has better colors and contrast. Can the lines on the left side be cleaned up, and suggest movement?

#8 I do not know what the background image is in #8- is it a sports car? This race series is all human powered- biking, trail running and paddiling. Could you please add natural colors and images that reflect that somehow?

Based on feedback from several adventure racers, here are some ideas:

1. can you please take the mtns/stream/chainring layout from #22, surround it with the compass layout from #23 and then add in the two-color “NCARS” logo from #24?

2. can you modify #23 with the black compass and layout and the inside of the compass of #24?

3. on # 12 can you please remove the three stripes leading into NCARS, Amp up the Mountains, lake and gears?

Hi! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

#49 is interesting because it suggests movement into the mountains. Can the swoosh-circle be smaller on the left side. And can you suggest different natural colors that lift off the page more than these?

#41 gets at the elements of 4 compass coordinates, a bike sprocket, traveling over water, getting to the mountains. And the letters do lift off the page. There is some busy/distracting space where the blue water overlaps the black compass coordinate on the right/east side. Can that be minimized somehow? Also, can the overlap in the letters between NC and ARS be somehow cleaner, perhaps by shifting the color break like on #17? thanks in advance!
