#67 - Thanks for the design, like it so much that we ranked you as #1 position : )
Think you have translated our requirements well. The multicolour is good. The moving feeling is also good. We were toying idea earlier about "new moves to advance forward" slogan.. which would fit well with this. However, as I have noted in the requirements, this > / V / A shape is used a lot in the company logos. We would like to be using a different mark to illustrate a new thinking, out of the box, and be differentiated. Could you please try creating several other shapes for us to see? Thanks.
Thank you for your feedback and appreciation. When you said you wanted something to suggest discovery, I thought of the "golden age of discoveries" (Columbus era). Therefore, I`m proposing you a symbol which incorporates everything you`ve asked for: discovery and the joy of discovering, breakthrough, moving forward, out coming every odds, no boundaries: a sailing boat. It has the old spirit but it`s also modern. The flying pixels strengthen the idea of movement but they also suggest data incorporation #112 I hope you like it.
#112 - The concept and logo is beautiful, however this looks too much like a boat rental/charter service or a travel company of sort. From discussing with my partners, though collectively we like your first design: 1) it is a bit too similar to Accenture logo in a way, 2) we would favour the illustration concept of discovery as the primary message. So we would drop your design from the 1st position. We haven't quite like the other one more, but from concept perspective they are preferred.
As we have noted to the other designer, the big bang or source with emitting particles could convey better the notion of discovery. Would you mind trying to model with this idea?
#203, #204 - Thanks for the design proposals. This one looks too complex.. maybe just scatter dots or rays will do, and probably a lesser number of them. Also not making it exact symmetrical may look more interesting.
#66, #67 - Coming back to your first design. Would you please try making the tip of the arrow point diagonal upward? And maybe position it to the top right of 't'. Or other ideas to make it more differentiated than Accenture logo (you can see from the attached).

#213 - Could you please try reverse the color of this one to be like #67? Please also try putting n as capital letter N. And reduce white space in the top area, similar way to #214. Please post one copy in black & white to review. Thanks.
#213 - Would you also please create one revision to try out this color pattern: yellow (innermost), sky blue (middle), purple (outermost)? Think your existing selected colors is already good, but would appreciate if you could throw in this one option to see how it works. Thanks.
Regarding entry #216, it is a more abstract variation of the symbol from #67. It is an abstract arrow made from several little arrows, because your business addresses to multiple domains/it has multiple facets. It suggests agility, speed, breakthrough, performance, forward thinking.
#231 - Please add more white space between the image and the text. Currently it looks too tight and has a stuck feeling. It should have a flying feeling. After the change, please update the black & white rendering too. Thanks.
As you have probably seen, I have moved your design back to #1 position. I will need to discuss with my partners further for the combined decision. For each finalist design, would appreciate one B&W and one grayscale copy to accompany it for review too.
Here are the updated versions. If you would like to see BW and grayscale versions of a certain entry, please just indicate me the number of it and I`ll do it.
Quick update for you - one of our key partners hadn't had a chance to review this.. so we are pending this prior to the decision. Most likely we will take this one #228.
For comparison, would you mind proposing a few other fonts for consideration? Also please advise on the font cost (if any) and how we could get the font downloaded.
Also please help try one variation with yellow-sky blue-purple.
Could we also discuss other derivative designs e.g. business card, PowerPoint template? Please advise how this works. Do we engage separately on this? What would be the rough cost for these? You can reach me at vithit@navapipat.com.
The new versions as follows: - with the yellow-sky blue-purple combination: #273 #274 #275 - with the new fonts: #276 #277 #278 #279 #280 #281. Since I have installed on my PC more than 2,000 fonts, I tried to make a selection of them and propose you few fonts from every category: serif, sans serif, modern etc If you don`t like any of them, you can take a look here and indicate me a font you like (you`ll find only free fonts):
Regardless the font you`ll choose, I`ll send it to your personal e-mail address after the contest is over.
Regarding your other question, I do only logo design. But I can put you in contact with a very good friend of mine who is also a graphic designer and has reasonable fees. Just let me know.
Thanks. Please ask him or her to contact me via email with rough timeline and price estimate. Include web site theme design as well please. I presume you will help convey the concept and our business to your friend, so there is alignment across and the design principle maintained.
According to the LogoTournament rules, we are not allowed to share our contact information until the contests are over (a winner is declared). Sharing such information might be considered as arrangement between the client and the designer (backdoor deals) and they are completely forbidden. You will receive my contact details after you will end your contest. Regarding your other request, my friend will send you an email soon.
Thank you for understanding my position and the rules of this site.
Collectively as Navapipat team, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your ideas, your designs and your support throughout this process. Please know that you were a key part of our startup phase.
We much appreciate your time, efforts and contributions. Thanks again.
Thank you for your intention of choosing one of my designs. I`m really honored. I will wait for you to end the contest (choose entry #228 as you said) and after that I will upload here, on LogoTournament, the files for the winning design. I will also send to your personal e-mail the extra files you`ve requested: on white background, on dark grey background, grayscale, B/W and one A4 hi-res quality .jpg with only the symbol. All these versions will contain the .eps, .ai and .ttf (meaning the font) files.
Regarding the meaning of the design, I tried to make an abstract and agile arrow. It is made of 3 different colored arrows. One arrow stands for agility, another one for business performance and the last one for people performance (or they could stand out for management, consulting and training). Each layer/arrow is made of dots which suggest data and the overall design has a technology feeling. In essence, the arrow expresses a breakthrough, agility, speed, performance, forward thinking.
