NCRA is the focus of this piece. The blue lines below are symbolic of a number of things. 1st checks and balances, as it appears to be balancing itself like a scale, but without having to use the scale. 2nd, they remind the eye of pages stacked on each other. 3rd, and my favorite, is that there is so much support displayed in a very clean and airy design.
