Usually all waves are coming out from destination point.On this logo they come in from different points and they are symbolizing meeting, coming together, different opinions etc.

I like the concept and the colors. Would like to see the NCAC logo incorporated in some way. (This comment refers to Entry #1).

I don't really like the logo below the picture. Can it be a watermark behind the Space Needle? (This comment references Entry #2)

Did you mean that watermark is logo with less saturation?Then the problem is to keep dark red on our picture and also whole symmetry- based composition.
I have version with organization logo on the top, with pictorial-semiotical meaning "NCAC on air"
