We would like the logo to only include the acronym NAWRS.

I fear the color choices of red, white, blue and black might be too limiting and encourage designers to use whatever colors they believe work best for their design.

I uploaded an image (hops-two) that I thought might work. It caught my eye while reading an article about the NSA at theguardian.com. Maybe symbolize the expansion of social networks and knowledge about public policies that result from attendance at one of our workshops. Something to play with.
