I made a logo for your contest, thinking in all the diferent media where it will be used.
#8, is the logo in the simplest way, perfect when the logo need to be placed in reduced spaces. #9 and #10 is the logo with the full info of the event, the only diference between them is that one has the year and the otherone not.
#11 is the logo for the webpage, with more color and some web 2.0 gradients.
#13, the logo in black and white
#14 is the logo in 3 colors, great for tshirts and caps.
Feedback is really important to improve the work of designers, and so its the ranking. That way you encourage participation and you will have lots of logos :)
From my part, it would be great if you can tell me what do you like and dislike about my work, so i can make it better every time. I really want you to have a great logo. As you can see in my portfolio, im a good artist, i just need a little help to put my efforts in the right path.
#14 good feedback from committee, looking for brighter colors that stand out and can be seen at a distance. No yellow or white - this is to be printed on a white tshirt. thanks
#9 and 8, Hi Sue, I moved these two to the not interested column as they don't have the year (2012) or the 15th anniversary. The others you submitted do. Good interest by our committee for those. Thank you.
#56 Our committee likes this design and color combination the best. We would like to Naperville Noon Lions to be more prominent, as they are sponsoring the race. Also, 'We Serve' is the Lion's motto, not the motto of the race, so it could be smaller and in a less prominent location. Thank you.
I made #62, #63 and #64, diferent options for Naperville Noon Lions and We Serve, hope you like them. Please let me know if you need me to do any other change :)
I made #68, #69, #70, #71, #72, #73, #74, i can use a diferent font for Naperville Noon Lions, but i thought that maybe you would prefer the font of the logo (if i can use a diferent font, please let me know).
