What We Do
My organisation is not relevant.
I want a logo that represents ME (NOT my business as I have too many for that to be an option). I am a business professional, highly ethical with a high degree of integrity, I am creative, I live in three different parts of the world, have clients on various continents, I am older and wiser but young in my ideas and very social media savvy.

Color Preferences
The logo needs to work in black and white as I do not always print in colour.
Not purple.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Please read below - lengthy but hopefully will set you on the right track.

The design MUST be a tree and a triangle. A stylised tree - please don't give me a real tree. The triangle must be smaller than the tree and not contain the tree.

To give you some background: when I was a kid I started a magazine and the logo was a tree inside a triangle hence these two images. My late father worked with wood and loved trees and forests so the tree reminds me of him. Trees have solid roots (and so does my business experience) but trees have branches and my business interests are several and varied from business coaching and consulting to translations to writing people\s life stories. The triangle refers back to my very first logo and is three sided and my businesses are based on my three main talents: business; words (writing/translating) and art.

I have wondered about including my initials in the logo - these are gsp.

You can see some of my thoughts and ideas in the document that I have attached.

The logo needs to work as well in colour as in black and white as I do not always print documents in colour.

The logo needs to be easy to draw and easy for people to recall.

The logo will appear on my websites, blogs, letterhead, invoices and business card(s).

Hi gspglobal - you can give feedback to each designer who enters by clicking on their name and then leaving a comment on their entries page. That's the place for you to respond directly about the designs submitted by each designer. However, if you have general comments for everyone entering, you can leave them here. I hope this helps!

Thanks Lindsey.
Can everyone see each pthers designs ? In which case please don't look at them - read what I said and think about it and then design me my logo. Don't take inspiration from the entries so far!
Have a great weekend if I don't speak to you all before !

Don't forget to look at the document that I attached and maybe some of you will think about a mascot type of tree with triangle.

I have pulled out the ones I like - although the system requires ranking they are not in order - they are there to indicate what I am thinking.

I am still inviting people to read my attached document and think about a mascotty tree triangle concept.

Thanks to you all - I sincerely appreciate you taking time to come up with my logo.

I want it to work in B & W but it can be in colour. Some that I really like in b & W I would be curious to see what they would be like in colour.

Please may I reiterate the key things so that you don't spend time doing things that don't meet my criteria. Maybe re-read my brief and the attached document also.

The logo MUST contain a tree and a triangle (but not combined into a triangular tree like # 30 although # 55 is fine. A triangular tree = Christmas tree and my busines is not related to Christmas in anyway - this sends out the wrong message.)

The tree needs to be stylisic not a real tree like #18 #20

I am not going to have a black logo - it just needs to work well when someone prints say an invoice or letterhead in B & W. I think you have misunderstood this.

You can include the GSP but not make it an integral part of the design as # 31 and # 34 for example. I want to be able to omit the GSP if I want (remember I have several businesses)

To each and every one of you who submitted a logo - thank you so much for your time and creativity.

I like several. I like bits of some others. Many I like as a logo but not for me personally.

I wish I could give more than one winner and have a different logo for each day of the week.

I am not going to rush this. I will probably decide in the final hours of the seventh day.

The rankings are misleading as more than onel of you merit first position.

Just to let you all know where I am on this.

Here's the situation - in truth there is no logo that grabs me to the point where I would adopt it as mine. It's not your fault - I love the vibrant P of Beloemprenajaner, the subtle curve of the 'tree' around the triangle of Tapelogo, the clean sophistication of East Coast, the creativity of Bordo and Graifxsphere to publicly applaud but a few but......... I have to pick a winnder today so I started again on the ranking judging by whether someone really read the brief and respected it, how original they were, did they take the truble to explain why they did the design they did; is the logo suitable for a professional busness, how willing were they to make changes so that the most deserving person wins judged on facts and not feelings.
