Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Ranking designs regularly will encourage participation and keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closed it will enter a Judging phase. You can re-rank designs while in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions.

Designers are reminded to allow as suitable amount of white space all around their designs as per the submission guidelines - bigger is not better and a genuinely good design shows well without crowding the edges. More to the point, the site aims for a professional and consistent look and moderators are at liberty to remove those entries WE feel do not meet the submission guidelines.
