Thanks for your design. I'll try to tell you what I like and what I don't like about it:

* I like the fact that it looks like a decal * the barcode is suitable symbol of incorporation * in this particular design, I like the way the company name is inside the logo

* I'd really like brains instead of a face * right now, this logo is a bit too simple

Q: say I print this logo and scan the barcode, what would it read?
I'll continue to work on this. Don't know what the barcode would read. I made it up with no real knowledge of the code. Perhaps we could find a way to make it significant.
