What We Do
My Journey Compass is a program empowering patients to take control of their own healthcare through the use of mobile technology encouraging them to manage their own electronic personal health record, keep track of appointments, journal signs and symptoms of chronic disease, engage in meaningful bidirectional communication with their providers, and learn more about their disease.
