Great design. This can be greatly improved if the man were more muscular. This guy seems more like a distance runner than a muscular bodybuilder.

I prefer #16 because of the font and also the placement of the symbol is better on the left.

1. The whole circle symbol should be a little smaller.

2. The man in the circle should take up more space in the circle.

Notice the right arm...there is a slight gap between the forearm and the bicep. Please fill in that gap by drawing the missing small line.

Also, the silver circle of #103 should be slightly visible above the man's right arm. That's what it seems like to me - like part of the circle should be seen there in that black space above his right arm.
