Thanks very much for your entries. We're hoping to see some fonts that are a little less boxy and have a more elegant script to them, maybe containing a scroll design. Also, if you incorporate the water mill we'd rather see it separate from the font. Although we want it to be somewhat different, keep in mind that we are mainly looking to upgrade the original logo we provided and also add in the tagline. We look forward to seeing more. Thank you

As inspiration please refer to the logos for the Plaza hotel and Pierre hotel in NYC. The feel is upscale and elegant...what you would expect from Park Avenue in NYC. We would like to have that feel in our logo, however, keeping it original. The color may vary based on recommendation.
