I don't really have any ideas, hence me coming here :) As indicated above, I like logos with pictoral or abstract marks in them. If it scales well into a favicon, then that's a bonus. However, please don't limit the submissions to only ones that will scale as I don't require it do so.

A note to the artists: I like icons that have a 3 dimensional appearance to them, or at least use gradients.

Also, even though I put the sliders fairly close to neutral, I didn't mean for the logo to be neutral. The ones that I would move a good deal farther out are: colorful, serious, and refined. I'd move exotic and sporty a little farther out.

why didn't you pm mare ulahts? trying to point it out publicly isn't the way to go. you should have pm'd mare or tyler to let them know of the similarities. but in my opinion, its just a common shape for logo design now.
