Nice work. The hat may be a shade too tall? Not sure the bars add much. The up-swooping arrow is very cool. Instead of an arrowhead can we try having it be the tail of three balls that reference the holes in a bowling ball?

Also, note that the slogan should be, "the best investment is a good partner".
