Ooh nice. You have something going there. Maybe a little more detail on the ship (possibly a tad less green on top? I was just looking at some of your other designs hoping you'd take a crack at this logo and then there you were. Thank you for the submission.

If you keep the details flush with the shape, you should be able to add some tech texture details to the skin of the ship if you keep it flush with the existing shape. I would agree that adding objects that protrude from the original shape could get too busy.
